Dropping all your problems, escaping reality for a little bit, and returning to it a couple of days later sounds like a superpower we all would love to have. Think how peaceful life would be if you could have breaks from time to time, where you don't have to face anything that gives you stress or uneasiness.

Believe it or not, you don't really need a superpower if you want to escape your problems; you can just… escape them. People have been doing it since the dawn of time. Instead of facing their problems or the people responsible for them, they check out, leaving a 'be right back' sign, and disappearing until they feel ready enough to tackle them again.

For some, this method only causes more issues, for others, it gives them exactly what they were looking for – some time and space, and maybe even a little taste of karma.
